General Guidelines
All events, including cleanup, must be completed by 9 p.m. on the day of the event. Please use only the rooms your group has reserved
Audio/Visual Needs
- A/V equipment is only available in the Sanctuary
- Only College Park staff members or contractors may operate the A/V equipment
- Contact the Amy Spencer to arrange tech support
- Tech support is available at $30/hour with a minimum of three hours paid time
- Tech support/equipment requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event
Setup
All setup is the responsibility of the guest Please note the following locations of available equipment:
- Round tables are in the closets on either side of the main Sanctuary doors
- Sanctuary chairs are on the back Sanctuary wall
- Rectangular tables, round tables, and folding chairs are in the North Room
Cleanup
All cleanup is the responsibility of the guest. This includes cleanup in the following areas:
- All rooms
- Take trash to the dumpster (in the parking lot to the left of the main doors)
- Put all tables, chairs, and other equipment back in their respective storage locations
- Remove all personal belongings
- Verify all exterior doors are securely closed
- Sanctuary
- Reset the chairs as they were when you arrived
- Kitchen & Commons
- Wash and put away all dishes and utensils
- Wipe down counters and tables
- Clean out coffee makers and dispose of used grounds
- Remove all leftovers from the refrigerator and freezer
