The Aim
Preschool (2 years - 4 years) continues to build on the foundation that was started in the Nursery by walking the children through God’s Word. Our toddlers work through 13 lessons four times a year, that help them learn truths about our God and his Word. Our three and four-year-olds walk through the Bible over the two years they are in the preschool area.
During their first year, our disciple-makers teach the children the Old Testament. During the children's second year, the disciple-makers will teach them the New Testament. Our prayer is that our children will build a big picture of God, his Word, and start laying a firm biblical doctrine.
Foundation Verses
In Preschool 1, our children will begin to start one memory verse a month. These verses are designed to help nurture our children’s growth in the truth and build a foundation for them to stand on. Parents will be given a portable copy of these memory verses to reinforce memorization and application at home. Download a Digital Copy of the Preschool 1 Memory Verses.
Preschool 1
Children who are two-years-old as of August of the current school year will be in one of our two-year-old classrooms. The curriculum being taught is "Truth78: Sure Foundation Older Toddler." This curriculum is designed to help our toddlers begin to understand prayer, foundational Bible stories, and simple truth statements. It will help them begin to memorize Scripture as they form their language skills.
